Order Processing
Please allow 8-10 days to process your order.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Orders are generally shipped with Canada Post - delivery standard in 2 -7 days. FREE SHIPPING is available for orders in Ontario. A flat rate of $25.00 will be a applied at check out for orders to all other provinces in Canada.
International Shipping Rates
Shipping is not available at this time for international orders
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the items are unused and in original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the returned package.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them with a receipt of proof of purchase.

Damages and Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon its arrival. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@the-spry-method.ca including your proof of purchase and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
